Principals, district leaders, mentors, coaches, and other educational leaders who support new teachers, join keynote speaker Tony Frontier, author of ASCD's new book, Making Teachers Better, Not Bitter: Balancing Evaluation, Supervision, and Reflection for Professional Growth, for a day of learning the delicate act of evaluation, supervision, and reflection to support teachers. Breakout session will be led by Minnesota district leaders and administrators, exploring mentoring and evaluation programs to accelerate teacher effectiveness for the benefit of our students. There will be time for team planning during lunch and networking in the afternoon.
Registration includes breakfast snacks, lunch, and a copy of Dr. Frontier's new book.
